Not sure about other areas but north greece location this business sucks. I've been going for years and every time i go they mess my order up. I haven't been in 6 months because I was so disappointed but tried again. Wanted an blueberry bagel. Then they said no they don't have it. They told me what they had. I said an everything bagel with cream cheese. Driving away late for work i couldn't turn around. They gave me a seeded bagel with butter. They either don't care about customers or they are incompetent

Horrible service
May 9, 2022

Just left Tim 980 Bowmanville Ave, Bowmanville, ON L1C 4Y4. Ordered a coffee and a tea biscuit. She said she was only serving coffee. When I got to the window I could see muffins and others stuff. I asked her for a muffin and she said only coffee. I asked her why and she replied I am the only one here. Please do us a favor and close this tims location. Maybe the sky lite coffee place will by it and properly service the public like a business. Tim Hortons is turned into a joke.

Vaccine
May 9, 2022

Forcing children to take a vaccine that doesn't prevent getting, spreading, or lesson symptoms and causes more harm than good to join your camp. You are a trash company and I hope you go under

I would give a 0 but it won't let me. My family will be boycotting the chain due to their requirement for children attending their camps to be vaccinated for Covid. An experimental jab that doesn't even work should never be a requirement for any activity.

Bad mistake
May 4, 2022

In regards to the notice that only VAXXED children will be able to participate in the yearly Tim Horton Camp -
Not only is this discrimination it's complete bull$#*!!
Shame on your company and I truly hope you get hit hard by this. I'll be boycotting every Tim Hortons and will no longer be contributing to your camp fundraiser. Many feel the same. Good luck with your new policy

Just ordered four coffee and a toasted bagel from Student Union Blvd at ubc…watched the employee put together my bagel, then make five other orders before bringing my bagel over. 10 min for a toasted bagel? Really Tim Hortons?

Since when Tim's has the power over our children? They sell coffee and donuts! Parents please remember that the children are yours not Tim Hortons. PARENTS MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION. Tim Hortons that's abuse if you insist on it!

I stopped drinking coffee here years ago as 50/50 chance of getting a good one. Now hearing that you are enforcing kids needing an experimental 'vaccine' to attend your camps is all I need to stop eating there as well. I will not support segregation of our children.

Every Hortons I have tried simply sucks at service, never mind the ever shrinking donut sizes... WOW
Drive through service is absolutely abysmal and they obviously train them employees that way because everyone I have visited is the same crap service. NO NORE TIMMIES FOR ME. Find a locally owned Canadian business to buy from. Hortons isn't Canadian owned anymore so I urge you to boycott the ratbastards.

Time for Tim's to Wake Up
1. Your app is the worst I've ever experienced. Challenges to find location. Commonly wants to download a new version prior to ordering. Slow, slow, slow. I quit using it.
2. Point system. Thanks for changing it. You saved me time because I don't bother with it anymore. It sucks and blows at the same time.
3. Your Drive Thru is priority. I counted 8 staff at the drive through and none at the counter in Strathroy. That's pathetic management skills. Most times I end up waiting, despite being the only one in line.
4. Stop putting donuts on top of Boston Cream. This is a decades old issue and they still haven't figured it out.
5. Teach your employees ethics and edicate. If they think they're too good for this job, tell them to go find something that's so much better than them. If a customer has a problem, their job is to deescalate, not escalate the issue. Swallow their pride and win a customer. Don't be a smug jerk.
6. Roll up the Rim was huge competition for McDonald's coffee. Now, who wants to try to figure it out electronically and discover it doesn't actually work. I used to increase my visits during "Roll" now I don't even know when it's on because I don't care.

Company policy, i was told, is not to fill travel mugs. But they can fill a disposable cup and you can pour it into your travel mug. Tim Horton's, wasting the Earth one coffee at a time.

Disappointed
April 6, 2022

So I'm finding this everytime I buy a Tim's coffee lately... the person at the front, cashier cannot make a decent coffee. If I ask for half the cream, they give me double the cream and act stupid when I complain. Not to mention 90% of their workers are foreign. If they cant make coffee, put them in the back. I've been feeling like just going and asking for my money back and going to the McDonald's across the road. Far better coffee and I never have to fight the racist as $#*! tellers. Not to mention roll up the rim is the biggest flop I've ever seen... sorely disappointed

Yahoo every roll up to win prize guarantee to
Be a winner?
Ya right LoL. After many food and coffee purchases not a single free donut or coffee prize, lots of 5 point winners, however it takes 70 points for one free coffee.
This year's roll up your rim program sucked
Compared to any prior.
