Horrible service

I stopped at the Rectory street london ontario at 225pm April 3rd 2022 and the staff was absolutely ignorant would not take my points for payment I had to tell them my order twice and the girl sounded annoyed when I asked for extra cream
Overall I was beyond disappointed with the service and will not return to this location

Not my order!

Double check your order before heading out of town, went thru the Timmy's on the Halston in Kamloops BC. The order was wrong, if you remember ask for a receipt! I definitely know what I paid for is not what I got.

Bad donuts

Ordered a dozen donuts 6 vanilla cream 2 apple fritters 4 Boston cream I got all Boston cream so needless to say 8 of my donuts went to waste cause grandbabies didn't like them

Roll up the rim

Roll up to rim used to be awesome. Since it went on line everything has been changed for the worse. Seems to be more of an advertisement now than a winner reward.

Tims on 980 Bowmanville Avenue is closed at least once a week when they should be open. They blame it on covid but the fact is they run this location like a sweat shop and there staff leaves shortly after being hired. That's not covid that horrible management. The writing is on the wall for tims. It looks like they are on the downslide.

Don't use the washroom at the Russell ON location unless you're packing your own disinfectant wipes. This is not a recent observation. I complained to the manager only to be told the staff clean the washroom not professional cleaners. Well, Mr/Ms Manager: 1st thing you do Every Day! Is inspect/ clean the washroom yourself! And the last thing you do is inspect/clean the washroom yourself! Your food prep areas may be impeccable but the clients can only judge what they see and that is disgusting! I've even seen the same garbage on the floor at the Order counter for days in a row. How is that acceptable?!?! Have to leave 1 star because 0 is not allowed.

Quality has gone downhill, service isn't great, has gotten greedy with roll up the rim promo (you can't even roll up the rim anymore), depressing store environment... I have had enough of timmies and will never buy from them again. Save yourself the trouble and make your own coffee.

Terrible place

Every single time i come here, they never have any donuts! How can you market yourself as a donut place if you never even have any. Was craving a chocolate donut today and tim hortons is the closest donut place. I already knew i wouldn't get lucky and i was right. I still ended up getting a frozen hot chocolate and i am extremely unimpressed. I am a huge fan of the frozen hot chocolates from Dunkin, so i thought it wouldn't be bad from here… I was wrong. It is way too sweet and sugary for my taste but the real issue is the smell. It truly smells vile. I took my first sip and gagged. The smell of it was like dirty dog smell and throw up. I am very disappointed.

I don't go to Tim Hortons anymore. Haven't since they came out with the roll up the rim that requires an app. The other option is to use a card, but that requires you to go to a website. I don't use either. Why you stopped using the cups that roll up is astonishing to me as that includes everyone. It's obvious you don't want everyone as a customer. When I'm with people, I make sure we get coffee at McDonald's. They enjoy customers of all kinds. Thanks again in reinforcing my opinion of Tim Horton's, they aren't worth purchasing from..

Ordered from the local tims online for the first time. Doordash did not deliver and driver's phone was not in service. Tims told me to come and pick up the order but its late at night and I am a senior or wait 7-10 days for a refund. Never again!

Employee disgrace

The Esterhazy location has an employee who is the epitome of disgraceful. Try to have intercourwe with a fellow employee and getting shut down. Then threaten the great employee that you will make there work and home life a living hell is disgusting. Bullying other employees for no other reason except maybe self gratification is lowwwww.An employee like this needs to be fired and charged for the actions they have taken. Being a baker in your 30's and treating great employees with this kind of disrespect is cowardly. I hope Tim Hortons does the rite thing and investigate and terminate this employee. They are not what I know Tim Hortons stands for.

I went to the E 8 mile location in Hazel Park, ordered the number one with a hash brown and a side order of the Boston crème donut along with the Oreo Ice Capp. I didn't receive my receipt, so now I have no proof of purchase or records for my rewards, might I add that, I was convinced it was in the bag. I pull up to work and took a bite out of my hash brown which had a stale taste, not fresh at all. I unwrapped the breakfast sandwich and found what had appeared to be a "little" piece of black hair. I thought to myself, "must be something that fell in," I was just going to cut off the area with the hair and say an extra grace over it. As I pull the entire sandwich out of the wrapping I find that this "little" strand is baked in and throughout the entire sandwich. I'm so hungry and rather annoyed, also utterly disturbed with this experience. Lesson learned once more; Check the food prior to pull off and ensure you have a receipt of purchase.

Nazism at best

I harshly condemn how Hortons treats it's employees, and patrons by forcing jabs in their bodies to partake in work, or to purchase product. You're a corporate schill who doesn't care about people, just profit. I haven't spent one cent in 2 years there, and will never again. Shameful.

Tim Hortons has really economical F&B especially with the offers that can be activated in the app weekly. The quality and taste of the coffee can be a hit-and-miss sometimes at different branches but generally they're good for their price. However, service is usually slow as they don't have enough staff working in a shift.

Drive thru isn't fast and requires more than 2 people, which isn't enough cause it's shown to slow down lines and be unreliable at getting orders done quicker.
