I ordered a bagel Triple toasted with extra butter and I get this?

I've been going to this franchise for 2 years now, and have found the line ups pretty slow than what it should be. It could be better with better time management skills and knowledge on running the fast food skillset required to complete orders.

I went to a Tim hortons at main and danforth east York around midnight asked for a coffee and chocolate chip muffin the guy tries to put muffin in bag but drops it on the floor picks it up tries to put it in the bag I asked did you drop it on the floor he said yes but it dropped on paper side I told him I didn't want that one now I will take a different one he proceeded to put the dropped one back on the shelf totally disgusted this store is nasty dirty not to mention half of their employees are lazy and never want to make decaf SMH ‍

I swear, these morons are illiterate. Every store seems to screw up my orders more than 70% of the time. I've worked in fast food. I know the pressure. I made mistakes like anyone else. But I would have been jobless if I screwed up constantly like Tim's does.

Normally I just took the loss, but today I was fed up. Went in to correct two items that they forgot to include. Told them this was three times on a row now. Got a half-assed "sorry." Don't be sorry. Just learn to READ.

The chicken was more plastic than a toy. It took dam 12 minutes for a order for a Fukien g single crispy Chicken. Like how $#*!ing Lazy can you be

Do not attempt to buy the donuts! I saw flies roaming around them while waiting in line, which makes the bakery a health and safety hazard, majority aren't aware of. Be careful.

How is your out of condiments for sandwiches for over a week. Here's the kicker. Your based in a grocery store.

While I love timmies coffee, specifically the double double, I'm not crazy about their food. I do love a pack of timbits though. That being said, they really missed the boat when they called them Timbeibs instead of Beibits.

I go to Tim Hortons on Bowen road Nanaimo bc all the time. And every single time I order something, the workers never get my order correct and I mean NEVER. For example around 20 minutes ago I ordered a ice coffee and put a pump of chocolate syrup which is an extra 35 cents and they never add it. And if they didn't have any chocolate syrup left they would maybe tell me huh? Nope! $#*! you guys, get orders right next time huh.

As a customer, I received suggestions of checking this place out for it's notable Canadian food but after seeing the slow lines and rude staff of this place, I had to skip it.

I love tim hortons but I my say it's a bad attitude every I received from a manager not sure how she treats her employees but I won't be able to work under someone who is rude. I came to the Tim located in 997 Golf Links Road in ancaster to eat get coffee and try to use internet and work a bit on my computer before my meeting. I went and i ask the manager if she can help me and she didn't even look at me and she says well if it's not working I don't control that and in a rude way. I really felt offended and i don't think i will come to that location again if I am being treated in that way and being rude.Her name is Kristyn and it's not because she is a manager that she will answer to customers badly. I am very disappointed

Today is June 1st 2022 and I had one of the worst experience at the Tim Hortons on Dougall next to the Platinum Realty Inc. The young Lady Monica was Super pleasant and very friendly to all the customers before me and to myself as well. I ordered a farmers wrap with the extra hash brown on the side and asked that it be placed in the wrap her coworker Michelle was very rude to begin with and after making the sarcastic comment of it going to break the wrap, I said it was done in Chatham, she made it and threw it on the counter as if it was dog that she feeding. Now mind you, this wrap was made in Chatham by a very special employee who took the time without asking to make a hard day go easy with a Huge smile rather than an easy day go hard with a Bad Attitude. What a huge difference with the ppl who has interpersonal skills. Keep up the Amazing Job Monica you are Awesome and Michelle, I am a huge food critic and that is the number 1 turn off for ppl is a Bad attitude at a face to face Job. You need to work on it. My partner and I with the others who witnessed your sour mood, will be eating at the Timmies in Chatham because of Better services

Today I went Tim Hortons at Kiel drive chatham and bought steep tea but the steep tea is cold and when I ask staff they are start fighting with me their is one old lady she is very rude and behave very bad and then the other staff member came in front and control that lady and said me to pay again for your new coffee this is very bad experience I never expect this type of service from Tim Hortons it's not only 1 time it's every time.

First of all, they are a multinational corporation they should have inventory but you will never end up with what you order. They are always out of stocks anytime of the day. They treat there employees like slave and they don't pay and train them well. The food at Tim Hortons is disgusting and there coffee is over rated. I would rather pay more and help a local coffee shop than go to Tim Hortons ever again. C'est une honte pour le Canada, Il faut arrêter d'encourager c'est imbécile de millionaire qui s'en foutre carrément de vous et de vos besoins.

I couldn't even belive when they handed me a paper fork. It was a disgusting experience. So sad Tim's has gone woke. It's been a staple of our life as we are on the road a lot. Going to shop elsewhere because that was gross. Drop the paper forks, bad idea!

I remember back in the day this restaurant used to be fast, but nowadays their way of providing orders have gotten much slow and unproductive. It would be great if this was addressed and changed for future quality.

I was told at Tim Hortons, if I ask for no ice, that I'll just get less coffee? Wtf The customer service at some of these place are so rude and always rushing everyone through while making a thousand mistakes. I will never go there again.
