I ordered 2 turkey bacon club sandwiches for my wife & I. When I opened mine up & began eating, I noticed a different taste (and not a good taste). This was the Tim Hortons in Stratford, ON, close to the Festival Mall. I have had turkey bacon club sandwiches before & they were good, but time time NOT. I would give them a zero rating if that was possible.
Quite possibly the worst service seen at any Tim's ever. Any time I stop I regret it- service is slow, order was wrong, food was cold. Tim Hortons Headquarters! Do some quality control here and re-training of staff!
This is one of my favorite places. The waitress was prompt and polite. This was one of the best mouth-watering steaks I've had grace my taste buds in a long time. 5 stars!
Hi I am a regular customer at Tim's Kings Road Sydney. I love their Chilli and my husband and i get it a lot. I was so disappointed the last time we ordered Chilli and there was only a half of roll instead of the full roll.It made me think that our business wasn't worth their while. They cut back on our favorite meal and we still have to pay the full price. Tim Hortons bring in about 4.45 Billion dollars and they are so cheap they have to cut the full size roll down to half. That is ridiculous and disgraceful. We would appreciate if your Company gave back the full roll with our Chilli. Stop taking advantage of your customers. We deserve better than that. Not a very happy customer and my friends that go to Tim Hortons agree with me. Thank you. Hope you get back to pleasing your customers and stop trying to make us feel the customers are not worth your time. Mary
Overall I love Timhortans but i must say peanutbutter cake is the worst cake I ever had. Such a waste of my money.
The cashier/order taker inside the Pin Oak Tim Hortons in Niagara Falls Ontario, took my order incorrectly. Then when I went up to complain, she argued and argued with me until her mother (also her manager) told her to be quiet.
Best part of it was her mistake and they made me pay the difference!
This is not the first time this particular Tim Hortons has made mistakes. Maybe the mother should drop the family plan for hiring!
Anyhow, we are all sharing the experience on line within facebook and instagram and going forward we will be going elsewhere for our weekly get together.
Well well well. We know why tim gorton went woke eh. Your CEO has just been arrested with child porn.
Revolting demonic company
I went to the Tim Hortons at Southland Drive & Fairmoynt Drive SE, Calgary this evening. ( July 18th). I ordered 10 regular donuts & 2 dream peanut butter donuts, anyway, it took a few times to ask Gwen for my order. I paid & drove home. When I opened the box, there was only 10 donuts. I had to go back to the store to get the other 2 donuts I had ordered. She tried to charge me for the 2 donuts, I refused to pay. I said get the manager, she came & wasted more of my time. Her name was Vanessa. I finally was given 2 donuts & I also let her know I had been a customer for over 30 years. I also let her know I would be complaining to HO & will not be shopping there again! Poor Customer Service & they do not Listen. Thanks for a waste of my time! Patti M.
What's with the brother and sister going to soccer with their mom and stop at Timmies, get their stuff, sit on the back of the suv and lay her head on her brothers shoulder like she's having an orgasm. Am I the only one that sees this (brotherly love)?
Heard this was a good place to get great donuts. Couldn't be further from the truth. You can't go into the store so you're forced to use a drive thru. The girl hands me a paper bag, not even a wax paper bag, with my 2 donuts thrown in chocolate side down on a hot day. They must not have air conditioning in the store because the chocolate was melted all over the bag with barely any on the donuts. They didn't even use wax paper to put the donuts in the bag. I will NEVER buy anything at Tim Horton's again.
I worked at Tim Hortons in Dawson Creek on 8st for 7 months and never have I ever been so mistreated in my life! The managers constantly ride u and tell u ur not good enough no matter how hard u work! And never did I get praised or told good job! That would have helped morale. And so many immigrant workers that are hard to understand! The place is not worth it I'd rather pay 7 dollars at Starbucks anyday
After just having visited Tim Hortons at Dunstable i feel i need to express our opinions. We went to get breakfast, we ordered two muffin meals one with egg bacon and cheese the other paying extra for an sausage. When we sat down we were short of bacon on the first one, i took it back and bacon was added. The other when i got to eat it was minus the sausage. The bacon they serve is so thin i do not know how they slice it that thin. When we got to eat it the meal was cold. I have eaten in and gone through the the drive thru. And we will never be going back awfull Brian
Worse staff serving this Tim Hortons. I gave my order twice through long line up drive through and they got it wrong and it was just a drink. They are not trained plus they don't care. Bad reputation for Tim Hortons. Tim's should have someone from head office monitoring this location.
Bought a chili today opened the bag and found a sad excuse of a part bun. Ask what the heck is this, yeah you only get a part bun now. If you want to order another it's $1.70. Of all the million/billion of dollars profit TIms makes they now have to screw the consumer for half a bun. Booooo. Horrible. Last chili that I buy from there.
I remember the days when the baked goods were much softer and had more flavor. Nowadays, it's hard to taste the same quality anymore.
Went to the drive-through this morning of the Springfield Ohio store on East Main Street the person could not hear my drive-through order and after repeating it for a 3rd time she stated that she wouldn't be Cursed at and refuse to take my order. I never once used any foul language and advised her that if she was having trouble with her headset she could simply ask people to pull forward and take their order at the window. I told her for all the time she spent arguing with me that she obviously could clearly hear what I was saying. She then proceeded to threaten to call the police on me told me she was the general manager but refused to give a name. So needless to say to say I will be returning to that store ever ever because as I was treated rudely my order wasn't taken And I did nothing wrong.
Tim Hortons, please change the donuts display for something protected against flies. Every single Tim Hortons locations has flies contaminating the bread and donuts that you sell to customers
Very grateful for excellent service. I had a big order on a Sunday morning, which I know can be busy. I couldn't go inside because I had my dog in the car. All staff was so friendly in making it work smoothly. Even better, our food was warm and delicious. Whoever was managing that day (7/3/2022) deserves recognition.
How come one owner can operated 10 stores of Tim, this discrimination of business ethics, is unbelievable low hygiene on all store around Toronto, we just find out differences is prices of the stores, cheap and discrimination of part owner … wish more franchises come around and have real professional competition to bring the quality of the service and product …
First off let me make this very clear I absolutely love Tim's. Its a daily ritual, my wife loves it too except more times then not she gets 2 hot chocolates and 1 is a cup of hot brown water, the server doesn't open the cover on the machine and bump the (chute) part the powder is in as it get plugged. I really think its time to develop a liquid form of the syrup as other places do to mix a perfect cup of "Nectar from the heavens"
Answer: I believe Tim Hortons is a legit company but in my mind, I'm thinking they are funded somehow through the liberal party of Canada just because there is a lot of new Canadians working at Tim Hortons? I'm not racist by all means.
