Main St and James Snow Parkway - DOES NOT PUT A SIGN out when there Cappuccino machine is down! They are down more than they are up! After waiting at long car line ups they say "sorry machine is down! That is all I drink from Tim Hortons is Cappuccino!

Poor customer service

Customer service at most TH restaurants is non existing.
Cleanliness is deplorable, especially in food prep areas.
Staff too busy chatting among themselves and very slow.
Which restaurant you asked?, ALL OF THEM!

Skimpy Tim Hortons

Just got a chilli at Tim Hortons on Centennial Hamilton. To my surprise they only gave half an a bun. No matter that the bun was reduced in size already, now I was told they got an order to cut it in half. This is shameful for a company that used to be a national pride. You can do better Tim Hortons!

Chase river tims

I got a bacon and egger this morning at 7 am and it was cold as ice, i hate that place now, ever since burger king bought it they have gone right down hill. I hate to give it a one, but you have to i guess.

Horrible customer service

Took me over 20 minutes to recieve me coffee this morning... Tim Hortons really needs to go back to a coffee chain not a restaurant they are way to slow to be a restaurant!

So me and hubby went to Tim's I proceeded to order a farmers rap with no with no meat due to me being vegetarian. They then proceeded to put sausage bacon and egg when I really only wanted sausag and the only meat I eat is the ones from God praise that Lord's $#*!
Besides that, I am very disappointed with this location service The stunned $#*! $#*! didn't even offer a refund when I walked in

Tim hortons segregates children based on vaccination status to attend camp day. Even though the science proves the vaccines are harmful, deadly and bot required for children they still chose to segregate because of corporate and investors.

Their service is also subpar, 15 minutes in druvethru for a coffe at 2 in the afternoon is ridiculous.
Tim hortons has been going downhill for years and I think this is the straw that's going to break its back.

Used to be my favorite

So this this like the umpteenth delivery I received through door dash, (this is not a door dash complaint) I like door dashes delivery service but the fast food restaurants ie. Tim Hortons here, customer service, food service and all around general food care has gone down the drain since COVID and they have cheaper food at higher costs and there employees are not trained correctly! Today I ordered a medium black coffee, med ice cap and a breakfast bacon wrap. WOW what a disappointment, the ice capp was melted so it was just syrup, sugar and froth, the coffee was half spilt out or not enough to fill the cup not sure! (See pictures) and my breakfast wraps bacon was undercooked and the egg was slimy! Talk about wrapped up salmonella packed to go! YUCK! THE Tortilla Was crispy hard, and it was just not appetizing at all! What a shame cause I really enjoy tim Hortons coffee and prices compared to Starbucks and bigsby! I will never go here or order Togo from here again! Plus when I called the store they said" take your order up with doordash" I was like hold on doordash didn't make the food your store did! Bad bad bad management! So if your ever in the Detroit Mi area DO NOT USE THE Tim Hortons on Groesbeck just south of 696 on the south east corner of Groesbeck heading northbound! What a crap show!

Poor quality cups

Tim Hortons better step up the quality of the xlarge paper cups. I dont feel safe to drink a hot beverage from their flimsy paper cups! Poor quality!

The Tim Hortons points system is the absolute worst I have ever come across. Tim Hortons need to be fully transparent and disclose every "rule" they have associated with the points system. Despite earning the points from purchases... they make it almost impossible to use. For example, you are only allowed to use points towards one item (and even that is not guaranteed) and this was never advertised anywhere! If you earned the points, you should be allowed to use them in any way that you want (multiple items in one visit). They have a bagel belt listed for 220 points. Have tried to redeem the points for this and was not allowed too because it was the MAPLE bacon and not REGULAR bacon. Yet this isn't advertised anywhere! Next time, will not be purchasing the item if this occurs again! Once I do get through the points already saved, will not be returning to Tim Hortons.

Also, you are never offered a receipt so cannot do a feedback survey as it requires a receipt number. I have posted my review online also.

CHOBANI OAT MILK BETTER THAN COW MILK

Tim Hortons is the ONLY fast food coffee chain that offers CHOBANI oat milk as a milk substitute that I know of. I looked it up and had to order some for myself at home. They really got VEGAN milk right. Thank you so much Tim Hortons, for offering it at your stores. It must be expensive, but it is sooo worth it. My sister and I get coffee with it and only because of it almost every day, sometimes twice a day, at Tim Hortons only now. Starbucks can not compete. McDonald's does not even offer vegan options at all. Tim Hortons wins. I wish they offered warm apple cider drinks in winter. Somehow, the red of their brand reminded me of that. So very Canadian that would be and good for sore throats in winter.

I stopped in Seneca rest area, I90w NY, near Rochester and I buyed a xl coffee( 4.55 usd) a Boston cream and s wild blueberry muffin. I paid over 11 usd. This is robbery. Never buy from this location.

Order is always wrong

I visit the Tim Hortons on 56 Ave in Langley most days and always order the same thing: egg & cheese on homestyle biscuit. How is it that they always give me a English muffin that I have to throw away (they are gross)

"Refund" Removed

Ordered a cold brew with espresso foam, paid then was immediately told that they didn't have any left as I was removing my card. Ok, then why sell it to me? Asked for a refund, was "refunded" the full 4.84 I was charged according to the receipt. 20 minutes later the refund comes through on pending and I was surprised to see only 3.92 was going to be returned, and "machine charges" to use their machine does not add up to 94 cents, I have worked in retail before with card machines, only adds up to at most 4-5 cents a transaction. Then all of a sudden the entire refund vanishes and I think ok, the refund went through, but no, the charge is still there, they just removed the refund. So now I'm still being charged the full amount for a product I never received. Never, and I mean NEVER order from Colborne Tim Hortons!

We just stopped in the Tim Hortins in Markdale on our way through to Owen Sound. Had to use the washrooms while we were there. The entrance doors were filthy and the washrooms were even worse. Paper all over, toilet not clean and no soap. We decide not to eat there as we wondered about their kitchen cleanliness. Unfortunately they are probably short staffed but the washrooms do need some attention throughout the working day.

This is the second time I have ordered off the Tim Hortons app and have not received my order- this is unacceptable. I have a house full of company. I work full time, so I have no time to bake; therefore, I ordered from Tim's app. When I ordered off the website, I did not know the order went through door dash. When looking on the website, it indicated all the items were in stock. If the website shows you have the items in stock, one expects to receive their order.

The cookies I ordered were to be assorted- I received peanut butter- 4 cookies, and two chocolate chunk- this is not assorted. Out of the dozen donuts I received, I received three correct donuts and the Timbits- I got two kinds- powder and honey glazed- this is not assorted, and the Timbits were hard as a rock.

My order was $31.96, and I have since gone to Robins' donuts and spent an additional $25.00 on items to feed my guests. This is unacceptable and the worst service I have ever received.

To be told the next time I come in, I will get my donuts for free- how does this help me now? I was not asking for free donuts- I wanted the food I ordered, and if you did not have the food I ordered, then call me or email me and let me know- cancel my order. Don't just send me anything you have left in the store.

I will never be back- I am out $85.00 at Tim Horton's within a month because they did not have the product to full fill the order. Plus the additional money spent at Robins donuts.

Terrible lesson learned.
