This Tim Hortons is by far the worst Tim Hortons I've been too. (Listowel 215 Mitchell ave S)
1. Never offered a sleeve when coffee is usually too hot to hold when in one cup.
2. Never offered a cup tray when ordering more the 2 coffee and food.
3. Poor judgement when serving and dealing with customers with a line more than five people.
Ex. Recently stood in line with six people waiting behind one lady that had three pages worth of orders that the cashier was typing in. Other employee standby and watched instead of opening a second till to move the line forward.
The last 5 times I have ordered Tim's they don't seem to care about the people they hire or their service. I had a person throw food to me and it was so poorly thrown together I I wouldn't eat it. I can't get a bagel made properly… this is basic stuff. I'll make my own from now on. It's cheaper and I'll actually get something I'm willing to eat. I'm not normally one to complain but this is getting ridiculous. This is a home town Canadian fast food store and it makes me ashamed to be a Canadian.
IT Amazes how excuses, quality, and service and most of all value for YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, all suffer with business nowadays more so than ever. I went to Tim's
My favorite coffee place treated some friends to coffee scaned my crd got my point returned to TIM'S same day in less than an hr scaned my rewards DIDN'T GO THROUGH I was told sorry you have wait an Hour. REALLY TIM'S YOUR APP AND REWARDS SUCK. I expected better! The same happens you redeem points comon guys get your act together the technology is there use it or lose your business to McDonald's
Coffee of inferior quality compared to other fast food chains, does not make the bare minimum for human consumption. Cold coffee or cold 'hot chocolate' depending on places. Hot chocolate is too cold, they are telling that it's the machine who is made like that. You come back 1 day later, it is still as cold. The food is too sugary, not good food, not good drinks. There's is 0 items on the menu that you can enjoy eating. For example, if you take 2 meal, the stomach realizes how cheap this food is and does not made the bare minimum for human consumption.
I have ordered toastes bagels and several locations. They are consistently cold even when ordering toasted and are stale and hard as a rock. Can barely chew.
Got me a refresher and tested more like iced water, drank half of it and ended up throwing it away... I have proof of purchase, but it's on my ATM card
Sad to see that Tim Horton's has a policy that they won't serve person because they are homeless even if someone else is paying for it.
Drive thru in stthomas Talbot street, takes so long. Wait time is 20 minutes with only 7 cars ahead of me!
A horrible place with broken equipment that they never repair... yet still advertise the products that this broken equipment is required for. A hang out for street types who at times harass, threaten and assault and batter paying customers... these criminals usually don't appear to have purchased Tim Hortons products... since there are usually none visible at the tables they're occupying. Tim Hortons allows this type of criminology behavior on their premises.
The food was good and so were the drinks. If only we got straws to drink with. They got all of our order right, but the workers forgot the straws for our drinks.
Their lattes are 20 percent foam. You could literally drown a small bat in the foam they put in their latte. Service is OK. But their foam lattes get an F minus.
This store never seems to have chili. Server didn't know what it was. Terrible service. Long lineup due to poor service
On August 30,2022 myself and my 90 year old mother were scalded by coffee from an overfilled cup at the drive-thu at 1251 Simcoe St N in Oshawa. A report was made at the time and the response has been luke-warm to say the least - from a preference to deal with it at store level with an I'm sorry this happened and offer to spot clean my vehicle. That was declined not only because it was not worth my time to drive to another jurisdiction and wait for this to be done but also because there should be better compensation than that whenever someone is hurt intentionally or not. I wrote to head office customer service and was referred back to the store level. A different manager offered a 100.00 gift card after having me reiterate the reported details so he could address it internally. My mom's leg and arm were scalded with an almost full cup of coffee and while medical treatment was not required, it was painful and traumatic just the same and should be taken more seriously. At this time I have yet to call and refuse the gift card offer pending discussion with my mom. Thank you.
I've been a customer for close to 20 years. The customer service and accuracy is horrible. Daily I receive the wrong coffee even though the team working repeated my order back to me and the screen reflected the correct order. I understand mistakes happen but mistakes are daily. This morning I went to a location and decided to order and breakfast sandwich. Well I was disappointed and disgusted. The bacon was flimsy and cold, there was a cold piece of cheese on the sandwich. My order cost over $7.00 and I ended up throwing out my sandwich. Honestly I have wasted enough money with Tim Hortons over the years and it getting old. You have lost a customer.
Absolutely horrible. I was the only person in line, having made eye contact with the employees they still went about doing their thing like I wasn't there. It was like I owed them a favour for being allowed to be served there. Not only did they get my order wrong ( didn't put any bacon on the English egg and bacon breakfast sandwich) they seemed offended by me asking to get the order rectified. The food was very low grade, greasy and all around not that good or filling to say the least. Very low quality ingredients and they're coffee was pretty weak as if it was watered down. I wouldn't go back by choice. I only gave it one star because that's the lowest I can rate it.
I have never been so grossed out like I was today. Went to the Tim Hortons at 730 king st w. Kitchener. Had to clean my own table and clean garbage of the seats before I could sit to eat. Garbage spilling over onto the floors at the garbage cans inside and out. Every table was filthy dirty. Not one employee came to do it before I sat down. Next call is the health board!.
Went in to Dundas Belleville store to get coffee and doughnut. Ordered product that was on display in cabinet took the person so long 15 min to make 2 coffees that someone else arrived place order and received the product I had already paid for. When they got around to getting what I had paid for it was then gone. I asked to get that refunded. It took 3 people to refund.
If you're looking to eat healthy brown buns with your chilli or Sandwich, this location does not have it or has never served brown buns. Today: September 22,2022 - this place is cutting down from one full bun served with chilli to half cut buns. Service is fast but no brown buns.
Tim Hortons CEO said that Tim Hortons stood with truck drivers and frontline workers. That we would always be served in the overnight hours at their drive thru windows and be able to use the restrooms. This is False. Only a select few Tim Hortons in Ontario would serve drivers when the dine in restaurant was closed. And only the 24 hour dive in restaurants would allow us to use the restrooms overnight. Now that the pandemic is mostly over, most restrictions have been lifted the overnight doors to Tim Hortons remain locked at most Ontario locations to truck drivers, frontline workers and the general public. Tim Hortons has forgotten that they need us to buy their coffee and overpriced food. We don't need them to continuously price gouge us. If you agree, boycott Tim Hortons.
Beautiful young girl name Tamanna gave us amazing service and food was hot
Very good location I always had very friendly service and amazing experience
Keep up the good work!
Answer: I believe Tim Hortons is a legit company but in my mind, I'm thinking they are funded somehow through the liberal party of Canada just because there is a lot of new Canadians working at Tim Hortons? I'm not racist by all means.
