HORRIBLE!

Tim Hortons has degraded to Tim horrible. A cockroach was in the box today. They take no responsibility for Uber eats leaving opened bags outside the door without knocking. You NEVER get what you ask for. I've received MYSTERY food. Unable to recognize what it is in the open bags.

Tim Horton's Staff at Coquitlam Centre in BC humiliated me on my birthday. They wouldn't honor my birthday email offering me a free birthday item up to 180 points. They said it was too late to claim the reward that day and they were out of breakfast sandwiches. They also made me leave the restaurant as they have no free WIFI to open their app and prove it to them that I had such a free offer from the company. I also showed them their T H's birthday email and was willing to show them my ID to prove my date of birth, but the woman wouldn't budge. Happy Birthday Tim Horton's! Yeah, right. Called Customer Service twice and they promised to get back to me but never did.

Tims review in Calgary

At four different ones in Calgary. 130th and Chestermere. I am so disappointed in the cleanliness and service. Tables and bathrooms were disgusting. Could not sit at them. Asked management to please clean them at 130th. Garbage was over flowing at the entrance. Chestermere, Broken drier and broken soap dispenser. Air duct black with dust in women's bathroom. Garbage was tucked away under sink but over flowing. No smile or thank you. Crowded and busy but customer service was lacking. Seemed short staffed.
I should have taken pictures but both my brother and I are going to AW instead now. Very sad for this canadian company to have gone down so far.

They didn't give my friend his change ba
Ck and got my order wrong two times and we had to wait 5 mins in line and another 15 waiting for the wrong order to arrive and waited another 5 min for another wrong order but at that point I gave up and took it

Scammmers

Today on wednesday december 28th 2022 i was scammed. I ordered 2 small white hot chocolates that were only half way filled so in a way they charged me double the price for a total of one hot chocolate. I also asked if they had potato wedges and i saw them but they wouldn't serve them to me. They didn't cut my sandwich in half. I am extremely disappointed in the service i received today, thank you for letting me share my story with all of you. I love you and best of luck to my white hot chocolate lovers.

On wednesday december 28 2022 i was sadly scammed, i had ordered a chocolate creamy chill that was terribly disappointing. I'm an extremely disappointed this is because they didn't have "whipped toppings" instead they gave me marshmallow toppings which was a completely different experience then i wanted with this drink. I also ordered a Turkey bacon club sandwich and it came cold and not cut in half it literally gave me chills. I hope you straighten out your workers i hope they advance in their drink and sandwhich making skills. Katie

First time is last time

Location in Newark, NY. First and last time.They are understaffed. Took 20 minutes for my order. Grumpy counter person. Food was horrrible!. Under cooked bacon /egg/cheese bicsuit. The biscuit litterly flaked apart in my hand as I was trying to eat it and the bacon was under cooked. The sausage/egg/cheese on english muffin was the blandest tasting sandwich that I have ever had. Looking round in there.I noticed that there are no fryers or grills.Everything is microwaved. I could do better at home. NEVER AGAIN!.

For all those who use the app which gets you a free coffee after 7 purchases, well that will end and the new process will cost you 400 points for a free coffee.
My 7 med coffee cost me say $14 to get a free one. The new process gives you 20 points for a coffee purchase. So your spending $20 to get to 400 points for your free coffee.
How is this a better program for the consumer?
BS scam, pretty sad they are nickel and dimming people at times like this

First time at Tim Hortons ordered a Americano with cold milk and a maple donut problem don't accept cash why not, if you don't do cash put a big sign up before you get near the place to warn you. Had to ask someone to pay for me and gave them the cash. Coffee arrived after a wait with milk already in at best was luke warm worst of all coffee tastes like it's been watered down very weak worst coffee I've ever had and I won't be back ever.
