I have been drinking Tim Horon's coffee faithfully for the past 35 years, and enjoyed the coffee and playing the rollup when it came available. It's been since the pandemic, when the roll up game became digital that I have not been receiving my points or roll up, upon scanning my card. I have emailed Tim Hortons Digital team as advised only to receive their standard "I'm sorry" email and that "a physical reward card wasn't not scan correctly." when in actually fact it was scanned and confirmed by the restaurant servers. I respond to the email, and don't receive any replies back. I follow up with a call to the head office & Tee has re assured me that I would receive my missed points and roll up with in 5 to 7 business day's. Well it seems as though I was given more verbal diarrhea. It seems as though there is no more customer commitment and further their system glitches are impacting the customers.
At this point I am thinking of not attending Tim Hortons Restaurant any longer. So much for a 35 year service.
They keep on running commercials from a woman who claims she won a Volkswagen last year, she says she expected someone to tell her that it was an April fools joke. This year individuals were told that they had won $10,000 and then told that it was a mistake! April fools for real from Tim Hortons! Zero stars if they were available.
Every cup o get is an entry only. I buy 3 cups a day. What a real rip off. When you win points you are automatically entered in the draw. Why have a roll up with no winning
If you are always entered
Recently we purchased 2 coffees from the Service Centre at South Service Rd & Casablanca. I asked for 1 small dark roast w/2 cream & 1 sugar & 1 medium w/1 cream. The small was OK but the medium had sugar & seemed like double sugar. I could not drink it. Wasted our money.
Had friend pick up tea got it pressed on flip part wasn't cut out tea every where. I called to tell them they say SO SORRY. They don't care to get information about lid or offer to give you another tea I mean is there more lids so it doesn't happen to someone else. So I call customer service guess line you never guess what they say YEP so sorry. I get a little upset so she says you didn't let me finish. So end up taking my name email etc. About 5 days later they call and say they can give me back my drink they don't even ask for the lid.All that to get me another tea lol
2 visits in the last 2 weeks. First time coffees were cold, second time you could barely call it coffee at about 1/4 the strength that coffee should be. The cream is disgusting and the coffee tastes like ashtrays.
Just a bad, unhealthy restaurant. Avoid at all costs
I stopped at Lake Ave and Abbott rd in Orchard Park today for a Ham and Swiss sandwich which I enjoy! There was 1 piece of ham on it. When I called to complain I was told to go somewhere else next time. I will! Tim Hortons is a shell of what they used to be. I'll never frequent another Tim hortons again! I'll let all my friends and family know of this terrible service and quality of food!
I went to Tim Hortons in Sherwood Park this morning. Not many choices.i tried to order chicken wrap- but I got an answer- not chicken wrap so early( 9a.m) and I need to move quickly, because another people waiting. Why I didn't get an answer. Why I can't have a choice? I want to buy a chicken wrap- doesn't matter what time.
What comes to mind when I hear Tim Hortons
Well Shister and then boycott!
Come on. Tim Horton. Man up and do the right thing for your customers
Remember it was your technical glitch not your customer's
I am appalled at the new point system.i now have to spend 40 bux to get a free coffee as b4 i spent 15 just stupid rip off
Drive through; she got my order wrong I repeated 3x and when I went to pay my tap was not working so she said thank u
Yes I got a free coffee but she couldn't even wait for me to pay
Absolute crap that a change to the point system and the only people this new system benefits for,is those that buy multiple orders in one day like construction workers or others who buy for their colleagues, and not the worker who needs that one or two coffees a day. Tim's needs to give their head a shake on this one,and realize what a stupid idea this was.
Since tim hortons challenged its format I have been blocked from using my points in the rewards program. I have not had access to my account in well over a month. I have contacted tim hortons almost daily with the resolution to give me my rewards points in the form of free coffee vouchers to compensate my loss and I will delete my account and be done with tim hortons for good. Tim hortons took the approach last night of putting me in contact with a supervisor. I was on the phone with this supervisor for over 40 minutes and in that 40 minutes time I was told I was multiple different things before this supervisor wished me dead when I told her I was going through a medical treatment. I'm not standing for this and am going to persue tim hortons in a legal manner now.
I have been going to Tim hortons for a long time and I want to say that I'm never let down! I get great service, FAST service and I appreciate that so much! Keep up the great work Tim hortons
The window person that works at 2304 Sheppard Avenue West, needs to be better at her job, she is getting paid for, don't have customer waiting long time in the cold an not taking the order,.secondly the always seems to be limited if not more that one choice of donut., every Saturday afternoon.
At 8pm they were completely sold out of donuts! What is happening? Why can they not make more? Its almost like not have coffee!
I just went through the drive thru at Tim Hortons in Westville and when i got up to the window to pay she assumed i was paying with my debit when she should have asked me how i was paying and then she walked away. When i was done paying nobody was there to take the debit machine so i set it down on the window then another lady came over and told me that if i set it down like that and it breaks i have to pay fir a new one. All i did was set it down carefully and she told me that after all her and her co workers were just standing around doing nothing but talking nobody should be talked to like that and i will not be going back to that Tim Hortons
I thought all Tim Hortons were the same, however not so. In general, when they get the food correct, the muffins are stale, slapped together.
The worst one is at Islington Ave and Advance Road, half the time i receive an incorrect sandwich and it is stale. A couple of times i was missing hash browns that i paid for. I must always ask for a napkin.
The Tim Hortons in Arthur is superb however.
My wife suggested trying the MacDonalds on Islington. I got a nice toasted McMuffin with bacon, a napkin, fresh coffee, a receipt and was called sir!
I received service with a smile from vinney at tim hortons in gravesend, the staff are always friendly, and the store clean and airey
Good service and fast service and people who work are nice and friendly some people may yell because of slow progressp
Answer: I believe Tim Hortons is a legit company but in my mind, I'm thinking they are funded somehow through the liberal party of Canada just because there is a lot of new Canadians working at Tim Hortons? I'm not racist by all means.
