Location at Carlton & Jarvis After the 2nd renovation No longer has Washroom facilities for patrons the stools at the counter seating area are gone. The management thinks the right time to clean the public area and take out the garbage is whenever it's the busiest. Cream dispensers are a nightmare. Every Morning shift has to halt for 5 minutes to change the huge bag of cream.
Modern technology could fix this I'm sure! Turning away 20 % of their business from people who want fast food FAST. Have not seen the manager in 5 months! Accidently charged me for a Cookie this morning, stated it was a glitch in the cash register? This place needs NEW MANAGEMENT.

We've been going to 274 Kingston Rd. E. at Tim Hortons for the pass 3 years. The service at drive-through has always been dreadful knowing the "manager/Ken" is at the window. No customer service, rude and doesn't crack a morning smile when greeted good morning and thank you!

As always, we ordered our 2 large coffee. On April 19,2023 at eight 8:11am I tried the app scan and pay. I was charge both on my Tim App card and directly to my TD account of $4.68. So therefore was charge double totalling $9.36

I went directly in the store to discuss it with a manager. This manager was definitely the most useless manager I have ever met. He had no solution nor recommendation or know what to do to how he can refund me. He just kept on shrugging his shoulder and saying I don't know. No customer service or skills to serve public. His demeanour sets off such a negative vibes.

The other customer even participated in our conversation by saying, "just give the woman a gift card of the difference. She's showing you the proof of payment occurring both on app and her bank. Not that hard"! Again, shows his level of knowledge/education by just saying I don't know and just shaking his head!

As I was driving, I called the location to get his name and he passed it onto an associate. Meanwhile, associate sounded hesitate to give me his name! He refuse to take the phone from her when she called him.

Let's start with the person taking the order whom sounded like they didn't want to be there and was very rude. Then the person at the window was rushing me out while I was trying to ask for extra napkins. I ordered coffee food and donuts. The food was cold and disgusting the donuts tasted stalled the only good thing about my order was my coffee and I didn't even get a receipt. Overall the customer service is extremely bad at this location and it needs to be better

Why is it that when I ask for a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin double toasted it Never comes out more than warm? Maybe you should go to McDonalds, when I order it from them it comes out toasted and crunchy

Ordered java chip frap, Starbucks is a million times better than this, this was watery, there were no chips and the taste was like drinking milo, they should close all branches and think of doing something else and just so you know Star bucks is nothing great, theres so much better deli stuff out there. FU tim your just a whore!

Today's Tims is a shadow of what it use to be. One of the few things left on the menu that I was still enjoying was the chilli, but if todays serving is another example of where they are going, then the future looks bleak. What use to be a thick tasty bowl of chilli, has turned into a bland bowl soup with broth that could be sucked up with a straw. Give your head a shake guys. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. At least don't mess with the hot chocolate pls.

If I could give zero stars I would.
3 times I scanned my rewards card and NEVER received my reward points AND the roll ups! They claim they couldn't locate my purchase info (which is a crock)! This last time I provided a receipt and still they claim they couldn't give me my reward points! This new program is crap...McD's has my business now.

Beamsville food court Tim's sucks. Can never never ever get the orders write. Not that difficult. Is this the type of people we are raising?

I've eaten at Tim Hortons before and every time their donuts make me want to jump for joy!

Maybe it's just me but their donuts are better than Krispy Kreme, Mercatos and any other donut shop I've been to. I would recommend stopping for their donuts.

Other than the donuts there is nothing special about Tim Hortons.

Ce matin j'ai été acheter du café au TIM de gerber, le gars qui me servait et a préparer mon café a mis du cracha dans mon café.
Ma commande était un grand café 2 jet expresso 3 miels puis puis 2 galets de pain a l'ails.
La gérante était super gentille elle a vu ce qui s'etait passe elle a jeté mon café puis men a préparer une autre. Je connaissais pas l'intention du gars, ni pourquoi il mis du cracha dans mon café. Mais c'est un fait.
Vu que je suis un homme de couleur peut-être c'est la réside son problème, mais bref.
Surveille vos commandes quand on les prépare les boys.

Note that Tim Horton in New Liskeard maintenance not being done. Plumbing in women washroom not acceptable. Sink faucets not working for a long time. Only one washroom in women's bathroom not working for a long time. No towels ever to wipe hands. Very dirty floors. Lots of staff but no one assigned on a regular basis to clean bathrooms. Numerous clients switching to McDonald or Harvey in view of the lack of cleanliness. ——- There is way to much staff socializing and friends coming in to socialize with staff. - Solutions required. Log record of who cleans on a regular basis. Supervisor or manager to check cleanliness every two hours should be done.

Today my friend and I came to tim hortons for a cool drink due to the warm day. I was served by a tall young man whom i asked for two small vanilla ice caps. He was very polite and went through with my order. When i recievwd my drink i couldnt believe my eyes. There were sprinkles on my whipped cream, I think this was a very nice gesture and that this man is a great employee. It was one of the best made drinks ive had here in awhile.

Went to Tim Horton for the first time. Door says open at 0600. Knocked on locked door at 0605. Employee shook head and said they're not open then continued what he was doing. Won't be back.

NOT HAPPY JUST HAD 5 ROLL UP THE RIM TO WIN AND NOT 1 OF THEM WERE WINNERS I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF CONTEST THIS IS BUT YOU WOULD THINK THAT THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOME KIND OF PRIZE TO BE WON THIS SEEMS FISHY TO ME VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS NOT RIGHT AT ALL
