Tim Hortons on thé corner of La Riviere et Desperigny is horrible for sanitary conditions, all the garbage cans are overflowing inside and out, the men's washroom out of order the woman's garbage full, no toilet tissue available so a stack of napkins thrown on the back of the toilet, bowl full of napkins, no wonder why the men's it out of order, floors disgusting and sticky with black goop all over, staffed by teens, don't get me wrong I'm glad they are there serving orders, but seem not overly motivated for cleaning, the staff was polite and the order correct, it appears to be highly understaffed or at least needs a manager to keep things functioning and sanitary

Every tim horten workers are slow and lazy, they shut fire everybuddy, and hire intelligent people, have a nice day

Tim Hortons is now charging $4.00 for a cappuccino. That is understandable with the cost of wages and products. However, I am getting a glass only filled slightly below the glass rim and the color is extremely light, near white. There is more cream than the coffee/chocolate product in it. In the past the glass was filled into the cap just like their advertisement pictures. I have tried multiple locations and result is the same.

The food bowl is not fresh and appears to be LEFTOVERS! I ordered a flavoured drink and found that it was watered down! I no longer trust the quality of their food! My son had the unfortunate experience of food poisoning after having food from Tim Hortons! I asked him to report it! If this was an older person who had this experience, I am certain they would of ended up in hospital!
Tim Hortons food quality was much better 4 years ago than it is now! It seems like they are recycling old food! A food bowl I brought I ended up throwing it in the garbage!
What is going on in this industry? Are the people operating these businesses knowledgeable about handling food?!

This review is for the Tim Hortons at the airport in YYC. Gate C. Very slow service in the morning, huge lines and about a 15 minute wait. As well the coffee is not the usual taste I've come to expect at Timmies. Eye disappointing,

So frustrated with Tim Hortons first trip today gave me a coffee instead of tea(yes it said tea on order) second trip after I paid was asked oh was that 2 teas? When I said yes was told only charged you for one*...uummm you said price for 2 when I paid...oh I charged you for a tea and coffee.really so my coupon for 2 for 3.00 now not used either great...am I supposed to be happy at least I'm getting 2 teas that I ordered(at an additional dollar plus price?) Wow...time to save my money

While the actual place has some nice food, this review is mostly about the loaded chipotle bowl. It sucked bro. I just finished it right now and my stomach immediately is starting to hurt. I don't know what the meat was but it was horrible. The rest of the bowl was mediocre, but the meat overtook 2/4 of the bowl so it didn't help much. I honestly will never get this again. Just get the habanero bowl.

My friend and I went to Tim's on Rest Acres Road the other night for a tea and a treat. The service was okay, but the overall appearance of this location was very dirty. This is not the first time I have been there where it was dirty. Why we stayed is beyond me! I finally had to use the ladies room. Both toilets had not been flushed. Both toilets had fecal matter on the toilet and the seat. One toilet had what appeared to be urine on the floor. The other toilet had a used sanitary napkin, with blood on it, on the floor. The entire floor of the restroom was dirty. I came out and mentioned it to one of the female workers. By the time my friend and I left, three hours later (we did buy food and drinks), the restrooms had not been cleaned. There was a large liquid spot coming out from under the Employees Only door (it had been there since we first arrived), and the garbages inside and outside were so full you couldn't get anything else in. The main restaurant had not been swept or tables wiped down in three hours. The only table that was wiped down was the large communal table to the right of the entrance - that was done shortly after our arrival. There did not appear to be any adult supervisor working; only what appeared to be students. I would not recommend this location. My thoughts...if the restaurant is filthy, what is your food going to be like?

So I order a med 3x3. And vanilla dipped donut. And called the store same day for the to say sorry. And for next time just say my name and they will take care of it. Next time. Nothing but calling me a lier. Saying we never had any what so ever order. I order the same thing every day so I don't get it. Never felt so so imbarresed in front of a line up. You forsure lost a daily Custermer. Back to McDonald. How that lady made me feel. I still have the full coffee and donut untouched from the day before. And must of called the wrong store to complain cause k know what I was told. All I know very very disrespectful. And basically calling me a lier. Like sorry sir do not see your name or order alright yeah your store gave me the wrong order I will say there going to loose a lot of regulars at that store due to her treating people this way. So so so sad. Never will I go back there. Rips me off and doesn't replace it when I still have coffee and the donut.Custermer is lieing and is wrong in her eyes. Never again will I go back there.

Last year in British Columbia our government told all fast foods had to charge an additional 25 cents for paper cups. It was a year trial. Of course it did not work. They were told to stop charging this as of may 1 st. We went through drive through today being may 1st expecting to be charged less but we charged an addition 45cents. What a rip off. Guess they liked the extra they collected this past year. They lost our business.

After a 10 min wait, with one person in front of me, I requested a lightly toasted turkey bacon sandwich. Another 7 or 8 mins, I received a blackened burnt sandwich. Upon speaking with the manager, I was informed that's the lowest setting on the toaster.
Since when is the customer responsible for Tim Hortons equipment? All I want is a lightly toasted bun. If that's too much to ask, I'll take my business elsewhere!

April 29th we stopped at the Dewitt MI location for a couple of coffees and donuts.

The employee (a young, short, white man) acted hostile and angry. Irritated that we were there. I ordered a caramel iced latte and he gave me a hot coffee. I did not complain and left. Because it was too hot I could not try it until I got to the car.

It was the absolute WORST coffee that I have ever had in my life. It was SO bitter that I couldn't drink it. I wanted to return it but my husband wanted to keep driving.

Given the poor service and terrible coffee I will never go to Tim Hortons again. Believe me, Speedway's coffee tastes way better than the coffee this guy makes. Next time we will stop at McDonald's.

Ps. The young black man that brought us the donuts was very polite. Tim Horton's should hire more people like him.

...if it weren't for the fact you don't offer free refills on coffee. I love your coffee and donuts, but come on guys... it's 2023, and virtually every restaurant on the planet gives free refills. Seriously?

The Chipotle steak bowl now having eaten at several places in Vancouver they are being served as half a bowl...is this the direction from management as it is very misleading with the pictures shown and the real bowl quantity is half.

Not the first time was order was made incorrectly. Sugar missing, incorrect drink given. Staff are rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this store, save your self the hassle

I wish the donuts tasted more like Krispy creme. The taste of their donuts does not taste good, the taste of wheat flour is very noticeable.

So we go for coffee this morning and decide to sit in. We sat at the couch section. I was discussed at the tables, they were so dirty, I mean there was even foot prints on them. All that staff and not o e person wiping down tables. The whole restaurant had dirty tables. Then of a kickers we get home and my daughter starts to complain her head itches and low and behold I check it and there was a bug in her hair, no eggs just one bug from Tim Hortons couch. So you know I immediately delouced her hair and wrote this review. So stay away from. The couch area at spri g bank Timmy's unless you want bugs. Filthy dirty place I ha e ne er been so discussed never going g there again.
