On Friday night, I was monitoring how the ticket $ fluctuate for the Fri Eagles concert at the sphere because we planned to buy tickets for Sat. After the show started on Fri, I then switched dates and viewed Sat Eagles show tickets. I found the tickets I wanted for Sat and bought them. Then once I received the confirmation, it showed the tickets were for Friday night. I urgently called Tickpick to get help but went on hold for a long time then the phone hung up. At that point, we decided to get dressed and go. By the time we got inside the Sphere for the concert, it was almost 10PM and the show ended promptly at 10:30PM. The concert and sphere were amazing but the Tickpick buying experience was frustrating. I am a local in Las Vegas so I could see using the Tickpick site for last min tickets frequently but this glitch has me nervous about using the site again.

If your listing sells on another platform, you will need to remove the listing from TickPick ASAP to avoid it selling there as well.
