The digital ticket-entry was smooth. The seating at Citizen's Bank Park, however, is pathetic... the rows are way too close with no room for fans to exit their seats without major disruption. I get why they do it, more profit--but not a fan-pleasant design for sure. As for the seats themselves, you better be of average height and weight or you're better off standing in the concourse!
