Our experience was horrible-worst event I've ever attended. We found out the morning of the party the location of the event and then it changed. By the time we found it we had one drink (we paid for the alcohol package) and then the bar was shut down by the police because proper liquor permits were not secured. They offered an after hours party which started an 1.5hrs after the game ended. I want a refund for the alcohol portion.

I was supposed to see Sabrina here in Tampa in October 2924. I bought tickets from stub hub and got them in my Ticketmaster only to have them removed the night prior. Stubhub refused to replace my tickets due to the price increase not being comparable to what I paid. I was nervous purchasing resale again on top of flying to the venue at MSG but everything worked out perfectly! Will definitely use TickPick again and never will use Stubhub.

I attended my first NFL game. It was the NY Giants vs. the Philadelphia Eagles. I had a great time! I sat in section 116, row 23, seat 22. It was a good view. It didn't need my glasses and rarely used my binoculars! The other fans were friendly, focused, and funny. My seat was comfortable, though I stood up most of the time. The music was good. Best of all, the Eagles won!

I think you guys could go even farther for sellers who have automation set up to let the end user know the tickets often come in under a minute. The little badge for fast delivery of tickets is underselling. My main criticism is I had filters set up on the page for lower bowl, and cheapest seats. Every time I refreshed the page to see if there were new tickets, I had to redo those filters. Needless to say I did this dozens of times :) Would be nice to either have the page update dynamically (if it does, say something somewhere!), or allow the filters to persist through a refresh. I will definitely be adding TickPick to my list of reseller sites when looking for tickets.
My wife and I attended our first, but not our last TickPick tailgate. Loved it from the food to the music/dj to the entire staff, everything was first class! And the BIRDS WON, even a better day!
