I was certain I was buying my tickets directly from Adriene Arsht Center, not sure how I ended up on this website, but I ended up paying twice as much as what the tickets were for sale on ASC. I was shocked and am completely sad as I feel as though I was taken. I have ONLY bought tickets from their website.

I purchased tickets for several in my party and didn't receive anything clearly stating / confirming the purchase went through to share and give them confidence we had tickets coming. I reached out to customer service and then received a confirmation.
I wish i had understood Tickets on Sale is masquerading as the venue. I buy so few tickets i just did not understand. Your business model is based on a subtle deception in the search engine process. Then on top of it i was re-directed back to the official seller (AXS) to actually access the tickets and i had to set up a second access point and password. So I paid more than i should have paid and took twice as long to get through DOUBLE the electronic hoops. Hopefully a lesson learned by me and i will not do it again.

The tickets were 195 each for two. The total was 513. Going back through the charges are printed in 2.5 font. This is an utter scam. Save your money and buy from scalpers.
