I was certain I was buying my tickets directly from Adriene Arsht Center, not sure how I ended up on this website, but I ended up paying twice as much as what the tickets were for sale on ASC. I purchased tickets for several in my party and didn't receive anything clearly stating / confirming the purchase went through to share and give them confidence we had tickets coming. I reached out to customer service and then received a confirmation.
I wish i had understood Tickets on Sale is masquerading as the venue. I buy so few tickets i just did not understand. Your business model is based on a subtle deception in the search engine process. Then on top of it i was re-directed back to the official seller (AXS) to actually access the tickets and i had to set up a second access point and password. So I paid more than i should have paid and took twice as long to get through DOUBLE the electronic hoops. Hopefully a lesson learned by me and i will not do it again.
