I was expecting to pay closer to $400 but came out to $504 live and learn. Too many extra fees for the average income person to afford tickets. It is not even in Chicago
Overpaid, should have paid more attention to what site I was on.
I felt like I had been scammed. I purchased 4 TX.@$119, and yet the total was $692.00! I was on the chat text for over an hour WITH a manager just to get a breakdown of the ticket fees which were$216. I had to ask 4 times before the manager finally sent it to me. These fees were not revealed to me before payment. Eventually after asking 4 times, I was told that I could not get a refund. I later read more reviews of your site which included MANY negative reviews. I could never get a way to get any sort of refund. I will never use your site again and discourage friends from using it.
I don't like the fact that i cannot get my tickets when I purchased them. I literally have to wait 5 months for them. I will not be using this site again. What I could of paid 100.00 less on another site and got my tickets that day for the same as what I got here was not worth it.

I feel that I was railroaded into overpaying for my tickets. I contacted customer service to request early delivery of the tickets so that I would have time to sell them prior to the event but was denied that option. Due to this experience, I will not purchase tickets from Tickets On Sale in the future.
