I bought my ticket and was told the ticket won't arrive no later than the day before the concert in August. I tried using the "live chat" function and could tell it was more than likely an AI. Now I'm not even sure if or when my ticket will be transferred into my Ticketmaster. I'm anticipating that it will show up, but considering the uncertainty and anxiety it's given me with how much I spent, I'm never using this service again.

As I was purchasing tickets I noticed a grand total of 344.72 and there were no details. So the charges were pending so I quickly called TicketsonSale trying to cancel the purchase. They lied telling me the charges were detailed. I have an email sent and only the taxes are detailed along with the amount 344.72. Another email was sent to print the tickets and now I see they were 51.77 each, how could that be when originally they stated they were $120 each. So now I was mislead and that the tickets cost $103.54 and I was charged $344.72. $344.72 - 103.54 = $241.18 profit
