It was an easy process. The price was not too much of a difference than the gate price. I was able to access the tickets using Ticketmaster and the Texans App.
Np purchasing the tickets but could not have them until I made an account. Not comfortable giving my phone no and info. Completely unnecessary. Every time I stopped the process it would end and have me try a later date. Referring to setting a password. So although I now have my tickets I'm not sure I'll be purchasing again.

No issues. Quick and easy. Was able to find seats easily and I had my tickets the same day.
Everything is pretty straight forward. I could not find were i could change the date of the show cause i double booked that day or find a spot for a refund.

I suggest you include explicit instructions on how to get tickets onto your phone in the confirmation email. The user experience is less than stellar. No instructions for people like me, who are dummies, exist on your website. I tried chat but had to call and get a live person to walk me through it.
I boought tickets to "Hamilton". I received a confirmaion email saying my order was in process. Later, I received an email telling me my order had been cancelled - no reason, nothing. I tried to contact you through the "contact us" button.but nothing worked. I'm pretty angry since I thought I was going to see Hamilton, but now I am not.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
