Awesome, i really don't have much to say about this experience. It was my first time everything went smoothly. Didn't realize i would have to get the MLB app to get my tickets. That was the only hassle.

When using another Credit Card, your system would no recognize the address which was in "The Villages" of Florida. I contacted my CC company and they validated the address on the card. You need to update your system with new addresses.

This shouldn't even be allowed. I paid over $100 more for these tickets than if I had just got them on Ticketmaster. Which ironically enough they were sent from Ticketmaster. Never doing this again! Was jipped!

My issue is the delivery fee charge on my order. The "delivery" is via email, which I assume is automated. This definitely feels like a money grab or way to make the ticket prices listed appear lower. GRRRR.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
