Purchase tickets to event on January 31,2025. I won't receive viewable tickets with assigned seating until May 15,2025, a few days before the actual event. I put in Tickets West in my google search and was redirected to this site. I didn't realize I was ordering from this site until I confirmed. Lesson learned as I was in a hurry to order tickets as the site was flashing that the tickets were going fast. I won't be ordering from ticket on sale again as I don't like not being able to pick my seats. I went to Tickets West and to see if the seating was mostly sold out and it wasn't. Also Tickets on Sale was more expensive that Ticket West. I wasnt able to cancel my purchase as there was a no refund policy. Lesson Learned! I won't be purchasing from this site again even though I have a confirmation number of purchase but no actual tickets in my text or email until May...I don't feel confident in my purchase.
I chose Orchestra B at $75 per 2 tix. While I realize there are generally fees I was very surprised to see the $150 climb to $206 with no seat selection option.
I accidently clicked on the TicketsOnSale site when I searched for tickets to Lyric Opera. I spent over $200 more with your service and will be extra careful not to use it in the future. I felt scammed.
