Purchased a ticket for a show that is not sold out. Paid $34 and change. Dowloade my ticket and there is a different name on it other than mine. The ticket does say $34 though. When I checked my bank statement, I was charged $101.78! Checked their FAQ section and my question was there. Apparently, they sold me a resale, thus the different name and the up charge was what that person was asking for it. If not sold out at the time, why was I sold a resale for almost 3 times the amount of original price without letting me know prior to purchasing?! I'm smelling bogus pactices!

The highest "service fees" of any ticket service I have used so far. Don't be like me and compare prices before you buy.

I accidently made the booking for this presentation in Calgary instead of Edmonton and did not notice until I had paid. I asked to chat with someone who turned out to be a robot. He kept send my the same text message over and over. No refund. Eventhough I explained that the venue page was not clear for me to understand. He told me to sell my ticket, but NO REFUND over and over and over...Just horrible. I have booked another ticket for myself for the venue in edmonton charging my credit card a second time. There were too many steps to obtain my ticket. The parking garage was hard to find after the event and I had a hard time getting out of the garage. I was stuck there until I called an 800 number and they found my order number. It was an annoying fiasco.
