Have all the details clear before you begin the process- there is a timer and if you need confirmation from another person about date and time and you don't have time to receive their response you may get stuck because there is no turning back or changing anything if you place the order.

When I bought the tickets I thought they were from Ticketmaster but they were from a person selling their tickets. I thinking it was a Ticketmaster transaction for a venue in Canada the ticket prices would be in Canadian dollars. Not so!
