Convenient and easy to access however the fees seem high cost
Got an email link to "accept" tickets but no option to save them to Wallet etc, then a warning that if I don't accept them correctly the deal's off. So, I saved the email and hope the link stays active! Process needs to be clarified. Never had a tix purchase without an app or Wallet option to store them.
My only complaint is I could not see the exact seats we would have. I only have a row reference.
Too many ads, too much distraction from purchasing tickets. Price was listed with the seat selection but it was not disclosed that the price was in US dollars until payment.
I bought tickets for a canadian show, but they sold it to me in US dollars without me knowing. That kinda sucks, but for the redt the service was good.
