Again, I went to this concert last year bought my tickets, was charged on my Apple Card. Never received the confirmation email nor my tickets and never received my money back. I was hesitant to use you again, but was assured by Apple if I did not receive it right away. They would take care of it. Again, y'all handled everything perfectly thank you so much.
Was easy enough to find and purchase the tickets, however after checking out I reviewed a confirmation email stating a total that was way higher than what I was expecting to pay. They tacked on crazy service fees that were not mentioned anywhere in the checkout - upon digging further, it said the grand total in very tiny text hidden in the paragraph where you accept the terms and conditions. So basically, it's there legally but realistically hardly anyone is going to notice it until after payment has been confirmed.
$70 tickets for parking was already a lot, I really didn't want to have to pay $60 extra on top of that for super secret hidden fees.
I won't be using this site again due to this pretty scummy practice.
