I never received our tickets until the day of. I had to cal customer service to get our tickets. We had seats that were taken, had to sit wayyyyyy up high in the balcony. I paid 206$ for 3 tickets the receptionist at Disney on ice tried to resale me the 3 tickets for 113$. I would have chosen to pay at the door rather than spend an extra $90 for tickets online, and our seats were not available even tho I paid for them. Worse online experience, do no recommend!

Tickets were $50 a piece on the venue's website which unfortunately for us we did not know until after we purchased tickets from you at over double the cost. Then on top of that paid another 70 plus dollars for other misc fees, Definitely feel ripped off. Hard lesson learned. Won't happen again.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
