This is the only time I have used this service for concert tix. Every other time, especially lately, the tickets are available immediately in the form of QR code or barcode or something. Apparently with ticketsonsale, you have wait until they "are available". This leaves me anxious that I got ripped off. I guess we'll see.
We were not able to choose our specific seats. They were assigned from a block of seats and ours turned out to be in the very last row. Had I known that I would've paid more for better seats. Very disappointed in the process. We'll probably not attend any other performances at this venue.
