Wasn't aware I had to complete a survey to confirm that I RECEIVED the confirmation letter acknowledged my overpriced and probably nonexistent but fully paid-for ticket order.
Would be nice if I received my tickets right away. Kind of hard to review the experience when I still don't have my tickets
0/10 would not recommend. The zero return policy, poor communication, and still haven't received the tickets made the experience awful.
Maybe I'm not used to buying tickets this way but it took a little longer than I expected to actually get the tickets. Actually, I still don't have any copies anywhere, even now.

Went on vacation to Tampa, bought tickets to a Lighting Game weeks before I left. Picked my price and area of tickets in the arena. Paid for them, got an email with a confirmation number. Later I received a email with a link to view my tickets. The Tickets were the price shown, in the correct area, the tickets scanned and worked 👍
I didn't have any issues with purchasing the tickets or getting my confirmation. I do think there have been an excess of emails since.
During ordering, the text saying the tickets I was purchasing were "obstructed view" tickets was very small and italicized. When I received the order confirmation, this text was much larger and more prominent. I feel misled.

I was unable to screenshot my ticket. I had to create an account through the email link, so I couldn't back space to get the code to verify the account.
Proof will be my entry into event! I do not purchase many tickets to said events very often. I am waiting for more assistance ro perform actual transfer to laptop and phone.
