Imagine driving down narrow, dark, bumpy streets and the GPS stating "You have reached your destination." WHERE? Look left and there's a dirt road that leads into a field. No signage. No lights. A man scans my phone. Again, no indication of how to get to the arena. Creepy location. Stumble across the ridged, field to find our way out. Total for parking: $86, including the fees. This is "Parking Lot D" for the Enmark Arena in Savannah.
I was on the ticket app AXS which I have always had great results but this time when I made my purchase, I started getting communication from this company and still have no tickets. Two orders for the Ted Clay Strays and over $1300 spent. Can't talk to a human with this company to save my life.
Great service, easy ordering, fast delivery, but unfortunately I found out later the amounts are in US dollars, which makes it considerably less good of a deal for Canadians. Would be nice if the type of dollar would show on the website.

It would be most helpful to orfer tickets, get a confirmation and then receive the tickets immediatly. Waiting until just before the show is not ideal.
Pretty easy to use (I like the options for how to view tickets) but it froze on me twice. And you guys are making a killer profit on each ticket. Ugh! Also, a message said that the window for me actually receiving the tickets extends all the way until November 12 - the day before the performance! So now I really don't know if you guys are legit. Very troubling.
