Ordered tickets for an event valentines night, paid basically 200 for them for a fun valentines night, got the confirmation email that my purchase had gone through, yet the actual tickets were never emailed to me that night. So valentines night date was ruined, ended up doing nothing because of it. The redemption was the refund went through pretty quick and they also gave me an extra $50 dollars credit towards my next purchase on the site. So mild redemption after the debacle.

I received emails without order numbers asking to confirm I received confirmation emails for my orders. If you want me to confirm, include the damn order number. I made two purchases so I don't know which one I'm supposed to confirm
I know you don't get your tickets right away but the potential of not getting them till the day before the concert (which is 4 months away) has caused me a lot of stress and hoping that it will actually work and come in in time. I'm hoping this is a legit site and I didn't just get scammed out of a lot of money and no be able to see this concert I've wanted to see for years. Overall the process was easy and I appreciate that but the overwhelming fear of it not being real or not getting my tickets makes me hesitate to use this site again
