One it worked fine, and I got the tickets to load in my iPhone wallet, it was not before I discovered I could only do this if I enabled PIN login of my phone. So much can break, from the screen to the compatibility of apps if you don't update, it means my tickets hold my phone in limbo until such time I use the tickets. With tickets you have to purchase 6 months in advance that's the time frame where my phone is in limbo. I gotta make amply sure that my phone doesn't fill out through recording too long a video, or download too many apps and suffer to have to enter my pin any time my phone thinks it has gone inactive. Give people back the freadom and give them a printable QR code for their tickets instead of depending on solely on the phone which could break with a single fall. I had even tried tickets one time for the Van Goghe event only to discover their location not being announced that the location they picked was in a dangerous slum, and I wanted a refund. I couldn't get the digital ticket venue to issue a refund. Sorry, but you shoud keep people's tickets free from being dependent on a single phone.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
