The purchase went smoothly, but I wasn't aware that the tickets would be transferred to Ticketmaster. I would have liked a "heads up" before I purchased, and I hope that I really will have the tickets for the event when the event arrives. This was the first time I used TicketsOnSale, so I'm a greenhorn!
The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Unfortunately I made an error entering my email that I didn't detect before I submitted the order. It took 4 calls to correct my incorrect email address on our order. The first 3 agents didn't know how or couldn't correct my email address on my order. It took over an hour, waiting on hold and describing my problem to 4 different people. It was very frustrating!

Cost to much. You charge all that money for service fee and with the price of the actual parking to much.
You guys sold my seats as 75$ seats. Then charged another 25$ per seat in "handling fees". You guys are full of $#*! and rip people off.
