Here is where I have an issue: I am paying essentially the price of an additional ticket for "service fees" but I am not guaranteed my tickets until the day before or day of event… it leaves an EXTREMELY uneasy feeling as these were a Valentines gift and here I am explaining that yes after they took my money no problem, they "should" deliver upon their promise for a good by the date of a good… it sucks because I'm concerned that I don't get the tickets and not that I've flown there and got a multi night hotel, plus the ride share to get around… now I would get to complain about my experience to possibly only get my tickets cost back? That is a legit concern but I will take them at their word to see what happens.
I bought tickets for two concerts one the same day. Only received one email with tickets to one concert. The Bonnie Raitt concert I haven't rec'd my tickets yet.

I wanted to get an extra ticket to go with my pre-purchased tickets so I looked online, which took me to this site. I was surprised that the price was $70 more than what I had paid and even more surprised that it didn't tell me the total price before I clicked to ordering and the confirmation of my order added another $70 unexpectedly. I guessed it was for handling through this site. Never use this site. Overpriced, and over fees. I paid $140 more than if I had just gone to Walton Arts Center box office site. Be careful! Only go to Waltonartscenter.com And it didn't give me any options of customer service or changing. It went through so fast and WAC confirmed it had gone through in minutes and couldn't do anything about it. I tried clicking on the "support" button at the bottom of the confirmation for questions about this order but it only took me to the buy tickets page. No help. Very sad and frustrating.
My wife found these same exact tickets directly from ticket master $150 cheaper just a few hours after purchase
I bought 4 tickets at $33 each which should be around $132 but I was charged $215 or thereabout and was told after paying. SO it would have been nice to know what the hidden charges were.
