First Time Purchasing with TicketsOnSale, a little different than other presale I've done before. The first time I waited for over an hour, and then was told I was a bot and was kicked out of the queue, after I had finally got in again purchasing was fine. Was also surprised in the confirmation email that tickets have a chance of not being received until two days before the event which is crazy different compared to any other ticketing company
Hello, it is making me fill this out again so here i am filling it out again.
I purchased my tickets at $79 a piece. When I put them in my cart, it said $79 x 2. I looked over that page at least 3 times to see the price before hitting confirm. All it said was $79 x 2. So I clicked confirm. After I paid, I got a notification that paypal had been charged $217 for the tickets, $59 more dollars, that's 37% more than the price I was given at checkout. I expected some tax but this is just scamming people. At the very least, you should show people their total before you screw them out of their money. TicketMaster and StubHub will screw you over with junk fees too, but not at 37% more and they will show you their fees before you click confirm. I will not be using this service again.
Buying the tickets themselves was quick and easy, however unlike a lot of online ticket purchases I make, I have not got the actual tickets yet, just repeated emails asking to fill out reviews, and confirm that I recieved a confirmation email.
Couldn't get to a by seat seating chart and did not receive my electronic Tickets upon completion of my transaction.

I went to the venue website to buy tickets that were $76 each and then redirected and by the time I was checking out the cost was over $220. Not a pleasant experience.
