I do not understand why I will not receive my tickets until the day before the event. I am traveling from Florida to Washington state to see the show. It's an uneasy feeling that I do not have my tickets before I travel.

This is the pushiest customer review I've ever seen. Customers aren't given the option of not reviewing this company through the checkout process, so I'm saying the site is a dumpster fire.
I did not appreciate being charged an extra $200 for "Service fees". I would not have bought tickets from this site if I knew in advance about that extraordinary charge. I recommend everyone avoid buying tickets from this site!

Hard to see ticket seats. It needs to show you location of your seats. I purchased two tickets and ended up with two different seats. If I buy two obviously I want to sit together. I couldn't see or there was no option to see sitting available for purchase
Opted for 4 payment.Over 4 weeks was immediately charged. The full price which caused and is still causing havoc with my bank accounts.
The amount charged on fees is quite high. I have a hard time understanding the amount that is included.
