Second time I have been duped to use your service w hen I thought I was dealing directly with the venue. Jacked up prices, unknown seats and confusing on line acquisition of tickets. My seats direct price 85 each I paid 158 each. Also had a bad experience at the pantages in July. Last time I deal with tickets on sale which is rip off.
Process was quick and easy. No issues with finding an event, purchasing and receiving tickets.
I still don't know how to show them the QR code for the parking the night of the show.

I got caught buying tickets for the Rick Mercer show, and did not realize the prices quoted were in US dollars. Will not buy any more tickets on this platform. I checked if I could get a refund, but I see that all sales are not refundable.

I was willing to pay a little extra for the tickets I purchased. I was concerned that I might have been scammed. I called the customer service and explained my concern. When I got my tickets, I realized I was charged way over the original price. The people we sat next to had the same experience when they purchased their tickets. Original price $36.00, I was charged more then $96.00 on one ticket and $149.00 for the other ticket. Yes it says in directions prices may very from original price. That is way more expensive than I was expecting.
