I paid double and then some for my son's birthday tickets. I felt like I was on the actual arena website. I thought I was buying directly. I feel really upset about the financial loss as it wasn't planned for. Takes away from a 7 year olds birthday.
Lot's of confusing hoops. Directed to various parties that could not give a simple explanation of the process.
They was very helpful and respectful. I had to call customer service to verify that my address was wrong on the ticket and the lady at the customer service told me it's all online that they don't even send it to the address so that was very nice.
