Simple and easy to use. Tried two venues in the same town this week to see how the parks vary during spring training. The only challenge I have is by the time they pad all the extra fees into the purchase the game ends up being more expensive than regular season games when the 'stars' are playing.

After calling and speaking to a representative for a half hour we finally figured out where to go to download tickets. Received a confirmation of ticket purchase but no information on how to get them
The process doesn't give you a total price until you complete the transaction( you don't have the option to cancel). Also, $14.00 per ticket for service fees and $8.00 to transfer electronically is a ripoff in my book!
