I got the link straight to my email I think and it tells you in detail what you need to do

I wasn't aware the tickets were electronic transfer, and only problem is with the event we are attending you have to have a physical parking pass placard/hanger in order to get into the parking lot…

Not a HUGE dilemma, but I will be able to figure something out soon enough before attending the event.

I mistakenly purchased a ticket from this site thinking it was the actual vendor. I will fully own that is my bad. I also thought the tickets had gone on sale, they were not even on sale yet.

The site does state "reseller" at the top but it's quite small. What I found concerning is there are absolutely no refunds allowed unless the concert is cancelled which then the refund comes at the TicketsonSales discretion on if they're actually going to refund or give a store credit AND your ticket can be delayed up to an hour before the show. So you may not know if you actually have a ticket until the very last minute. You also don't know what site your ticket is coming from.These reasons in themselves make the site appear to be a scam and I will not likely purchase from here again.

With that said, I did receive a confirmation email the day of the purchase. I did receive my ticket 3 days after I made my purchase when sales for the concert opened from a Vendor I trust. But I also paid about 3 time the amount. Lesson learned for me.

I used this website by mistake and naivety. I was charged outrageously expensive costs for the ticket themselves (more than twice what I would have paid directly if I had used the venue site), for taxes (already paid in Canada and that I had to pay extra for the US), for USD to CAD change rate and for service. I tried to cancel my order immediately or, at least, to get partial refund, unsuccessfully.

Good! I had no problems and the tickets were a good price, you should definitely order from them

I would not recommend purchasing tickets through this service. I accidentally purchased incorrect tickets and immediately called customer service to cancel the order and they refused to do so.
