I didn't realize tickets would not be delivered right away. Event is months away but now I'll need to keep checking account to see if they've been sent. Of course I've been paid for the tickets already. Will not use this site again.

Good process! My experience was fine … The only recommendation I would make would be for you to spell out each and every charge with the amount shown that would be charged to the customer before the charge is executed to their account.
