I've been planning on taking my son to monster jam for years so when i finally get a chance to get tickets I jumped on the opportunity and I had a budget in mind so I found seats that were in budget and bought them and after transaction was complete is when I seen I was charged with an outrageous service fee of $33.00 with no knowledge of it. I understand a small fee but 33 damn dollars just so I can buy tickets so no I am not happy and most likely will never use this site again
I am not pleased that the tickets on here are so much more over priced then the original tickets. Very deceiving and seems like a scam. Reached out and was told I couldnt cancel my order. Ill be reaching out to my credit card company. Still havent recieved tickets.
I thought I was ordering from the venue, by the time I realized I had already sent payment information. I did receive confirmation of payment within a day but I ended up paying a lot more than I would have from venue. I will now pay closer attention to details. But no complaints on service so far.
