I had purchased the Deathpact tickets last Saturday, March 8th, thinking that I was paying $55.00 as advertised by Chrystal Ball. When the payment came through, I found out that I actually paid $134.98 on my Credit card! I tried to contact the Vendor (this Company) that sells the ticket but I couldn't reach or contacted Customer service. I had sent an email and haven't heard anybody to contact me since.
I don't understand how to get my tickets. I'm in my 70's and not tech savey
We had to call because not all info was provided. Such as ada parking and didn't know we could bring water and snacks inside. Food was very expensive. Had a great time, just a little suggestion

I had bought tickets to a Canadian comedy show in Canada and no where did it say the price was in US funds.
When I called about the unbelievable price when US dollars converted to Canadian Your company would not let me cancel the tickets
In my opinion your company is misleading about which funds the tickets are in. This show costs me approx 100.00 more dollars than if I had bought them here in Canada.
I will never use your company again and will let everyone know how unscrupulous your company is.

Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
