Very easy to use. These fees are out of control but that's the case everywhere. Would love to see something done about that.
Fees are exorbitant…. The web site was decent to navigate, but I could not get over at the time and it still makes me mad on the fees. I shoulda just paid cash at the event as a $19 pay ticket ended up around $34…. So 30 at the event woulda still been cheaper. Plus the web site froze making me unsure if the sale went through, then I received an email confirmation. Mind you I have no idea when the electronic ticket will be issued…. This is the 21st century, the "electronic" ticked shoulda been sent immediately. I did pay for it. Not my first web purchase for concerts, etc, but def one of the worst.
If I knew I wouldn't receive the tickets right away, I probably wouldn't have purchased through you. I am not tech savvy and it really stressed me out. Even though the tickets are in my Google wallet I am still scared something i did wasnt write. To many emails, accounts, links. Needs to be easier.

A very smooth transaction, but 2 $80. Tickets cost $237.45 after a $52.40 service charge & $18.10 in taxes. It would be nice to know the total charge before the purchase instead after you paid. Would have gotten 5 stares otherwise. Maybe I didn't read the fine print? Just beware!

It's frustrating to purchase tickets and not get your actual seats or entry ticket until 2 days before the event. When you're purchasing they don't say that it is a pending ticket and not an actual ticket.
Picking seats was the most confusing on this app. I couldn't zoom in and see individual seats just a general section. At the end when I was ready to pay this company charges an outrages extra fee. Which was almost 100$ extra. 🤯👎
