The scanner for the ticket to get in didn't work. Then when leaving, there was no instruction on how to get into the locked garage. We had to call for assistance 3 times.
Purchased parking for event and received confirmation email but never received email to download parking ticket. Spoke with customer service and was told email would be sent by midnight and still no receipt.
