It's frustrating to purchase tickets and not get your actual seats or entry ticket until 2 days before the event. When you're purchasing they don't say that it is a pending ticket and not an actual ticket.

It was faster and easy that I'll expect. I was worried about instructions but everything went good
I bought 3 tix on the mezzanine. They were listed as $95 each. When I went to final purchase I saw $95 each with a service fee of around $135. What I got billed for was 3 tickets for $179 each and almost $400 in fees. I got an email saying prices can change after purchase and they will do their best to seat me in my selected section. How can they change the price after you have agreed on a certain amount prior to purchase? Ridiculous.
