Ordered 5 tickets from US site in error. Requested a refund to repurchase in Canadian funds/or reimbursed US funds but was denied. I shouldn't have to pay in US funds when I'm a Canadian who inadvertently used an incorrect platform. People make mistakes and there should be an opportunity to satisfy a 'customer'…. Very disappointing experience.
Got tickets to a concert in Chicago, and really wanted to make sure we weren't parking waaaaaaaaay out of the way. Hopped online and found presale for parking, and got to pick the closest lot

I received my concert tickets a long time ago but purchased my parking pass separately. I can tell if this is for the tickets or the parking pass.
Purchased 2 tickets for $492 Canadian as they are a Canadian Band. The venue is up the road from me. I check my Visa and I've been charged in American funds so now I'm at $700. I caution people about this site as it seems local to Canadians but is not! So Upset.
