Ordered 5 tickets from US site in error. Requested a refund to repurchase in Canadian funds/or reimbursed US funds but was denied. I shouldn't have to pay in US funds when I'm a Canadian who inadvertently used an incorrect platform. People make mistakes and there should be an opportunity to satisfy a 'customer'…. I received my concert tickets a long time ago but purchased my parking pass separately. I can tell if this is for the tickets or the parking pass.
Purchased 2 tickets for $492 Canadian as they are a Canadian Band. The venue is up the road from me. I check my Visa and I've been charged in American funds so now I'm at $700. I caution people about this site as it seems local to Canadians but is not! So Upset.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
