Despite the fact that you get an email stating that your tickets won't be ready until like the day of or two days before the concert. It's hard to tell if it's actually confirmed that your tickets are purchased. And the app is very hard to work with and you also need the app for your tickets instead of just sending the tickets via email.

I think at 30% service charge is a total ripoff but what are you supposed to do. I'd be nice to include that in the upfront price per ticket. But I doubt that will happen.

I can't wait for the show but the ticket buying process was not a pleasant one. First, the hidden fees are not just small amounts. They took our tickets from the $180 range to the $240 range for each ticket! I would have liked to have known that going in. Second, I received 4-5 emails about the tickets…and they were "transferred"? Very confusing. I only hope I did everything right so I have tickets when we travel to take my parents to the concert for Mother's Day, Father's Day, and my Dad's birthday!

I do not have a ticket. I have a message saying that I'm entitled to receive something in the future. There is no event date, row or seat number on my message. That is not satisfactory for a over $300.00 purchase
