Dissatisfied I could not use my discount code after the purchase
It's a concert in Canada and yet we're still charged USD. It's so irritating to purchase tickets for Canadian venues and get charged in USD. Between the exchange and the fees the price nearly doubled!
Prepaid for parking garage spot. Had trouble getting the confirmation email and code.
Finally got the code and there was NO WHERE for the code to be used at the check-out. Had to get the attendant to let us out! And we paid $15 MORE than the posted parking fee!

I blame myself as I clicked on the first link listed upon googling the tickets I wanted to purchase. I should've verified if it was the actual ticketing website. Lesson learned. Long story short I'm spending $400 for two tickets way in the back when I could be spending only $150 for two tickets way up front. This site is a scam and by the time I realized all of the extra ticketing fees it was too late. I looked on their FAQ and saw there was no way to cancel. It literally made me sick to my stomach.

All I wanted to do was to look at my tickets so that I could get into the event. It then went in to something about a gigantic list of things I had to agree to to sign into Wells Fargo.
