I purchased tickets and had little follow up about when or if I would receive them. Hate the ticket hold process. I'd like to receive my tickets when I purchase them
When checking out, they ask for an email. So I gave them my lost used email. When I got the confirmation email, it said to log into the MLB account with that email. My MLB account is with a different email. So I had to call and get tech support and have the tickets reissued. N they were helpful, but a sime addition to the website to say "email associated with MLB app". Could avoid this.
I still am not sure if I have what I need to get into The Rocky Horror Picture Show. I just want to make sure when I get there there's no issues. There should be three tickets and I can't find a confirmation

Paid for a platinum parking spot for a football game - received a confirmation email but not the actual parking ticket. It won't be transferred until 2 days before the event. Hopefully there are no issues.

Be careful of the "protect my tickets" option. It doesn't say so but they charge you $35 to protect your ticket. In my opinion if you are going to be charged $35 for anything it should clearly state that that's the case instead it says nothing. I really don't appreciate hitting fees like such

The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
