Found a show at the Kravis Center, West Palm Beach, Fl. My wife and I wanted to see so I Googled it. The first site that came up was the Ticketsonsale website. I very stupidly bought the tickets without checking that there was a direct way to buy the tickets through the venue. Long story short- I quickly realized (5 minutes later) that I had made a mistake and massively overpaid. I tried to cancel but the agent would not let me. In the end, the seats were in the last row (no exact seats show up when you book) and I paid $200 for two seats that should've $70. There should be a law against the administrative fees these ticket agents charge!

Everything went as expected, except for the fact that there is zero indication of the fees involved when making the purchase. I was ordering two tickets for about $50 a piece and was very surprised when I clicked on the button to process my order and it showed the amount I spent was over $160. I went back through the process to make sure I didn't miss anything, and there is one paragraph in small font just before you process the order that tells you the total that you are actually paying. Again - there is absolutely no indication that you are going to be charged fees before this point and there is no receipt explaining what these charges are for. I will never use this site again if I can help it.

I did not like my experience with buying tickets. I despised all the extra junk with which I had no interest being foisted on my. I did not like the additional charges on top of my ticket price. I did not appreciate the stop placed on my purchase until I had purchased your insurance. These tickets are highly over priced and with the additional charges it cost me well over $400 for the "cheap seats". Very disappointed with the confusing site.
