I was not given an option to print my tickets when I placed my order. My tickets have been transferred to Ticket Master and I can't find the e-ticket. I am in a panic. The service fees are outrageous. If I have an eticket, there shouldn't be a fee for delivery.
Didn't make me text code to my cell phone which doesn't always work when I'm in my house on my computer. Made life easier. Plus, I appreciate the discount. Having a delivery fee when it's electronic is a joke. Handling fee is also expensive.
Thought I was buying tickets through ticket master Canada and somehow got rerouted to this site and paid double what I should've paid. I finally got through and went in circles with the representative (which I will say - was very kind). The tickets were legit but overall was a very sneaky/scam like experience. Very costly mistake on my part and will be very cautious for future ticket purchases. In the email for this link it says "I cancelled my purchase" - during any point of this experience that was not an option. I'm sure for Americans it's a fine site but overall still sneaky. Many reviews I have read, almost all purchasers thought they were purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster.
